It took all of my sigh to know, to realize,
to visualize and to conceptualize everything,
I’m tired yet my mind ponders and wonders,
Hoping, sketching and driving.
It took all of my last sigh to make a decision,
to no longer frown but accept things,
hoping for the greater good to be found.
It took all of my last sigh to say goodnight to the moon and shut my blinds,
Out of sight, out of mind,
Lesser things to feel burdened by.
It took my last sigh to fade the painful goodbyes,
Tears unyielding that day, a dam today.
It took all of my last sigh to dead moments that meant more to I than us as one,
to end a chapter that shutdown before now.
It took my last sigh to find me admits the hundreds of sorrowful why’s,
to acquire the strength to lead me into tomorrow’s war of fighting for me again.
It’s my last sigh telling me to find a new high,
To find an addition to the cluster’s of my active mind,
I need something new to say hi 🙂
